Strength, stability, and confidence are possible at every stage — and I’m here to help you find yours.
Hi, I’m Jill, a certified personal trainer and rehab-focused movement specialist with a passion for helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again.
I created Your Wellness Warrior because I believe movement should never feel intimidating — and no one should feel like they’re “too old,” “too limited,” or “too late” to start.
Whether you’re navigating menopause, rebuilding after illness or injury, supporting a neuro condition, or simply wanting to stay active through your 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond, you deserve training that meets you exactly where you are.
My approach blends adaptive fitness, functional strength training, rehab-informed movement, and a deeply supportive coaching style.
I meet you with compassion, challenge you safely, and help you build the strength and resilience that already exist inside you.
Because to me, being a warrior isn’t about intensity or perfection —
it’s about showing up for yourself, doing the work, and choosing health even when life (or your body) makes things challenging.
I specialize in coaching clients who want training that is adaptable, personalized, and evidence-informed, including:
If you don’t fit into one category — perfect.
Neither do my programs.
I believe that powerful support comes from both experience and education. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse skill set so I can serve clients with a wide range of goals, abilities, and challenges.

As a certified Brain Health Trainer, Jill implements evidence-based interventions in her programs, presentations & classes that help prevent or slow neurodegenerative diseases for her clients who are at risk for or who already have dementia.

I’d love to welcome you into my Warrior community!
Let’s talk about your goals, your challenges, and how we can build a strong, steady, confident future — together.

I design programs in collaboration with your healthcare or rehab team when needed. Safety, gradual progression, and building confidence are always the priority.
Absolutely! I work with you to create a flexible plan that fits your life and goals. Sessions can be online, in-studio, or in-home.
No prior experience is required. For online classes, I provide modifications for any level with suggestions for equipment if desired. (E.g., TheraBand or Strength band and/or dumbbells, a pillow, squishy ball or Pilates ring. ) For in-home or studio sessions, I bring / have the necessary equipment and ensure your program is safe and effective. I can also work with any equipment you may have at home if you decide on in-home sessions.
You pay at the end of each month for the exact number of classes you attended. Classes are $13 each, and sliding scale options are available if needed.
Sliding scale rates are available for long-term clients or those with financial constraints. Just reach out, and we’ll find a rate that works for you while keeping sessions sustainable and high-quality.
The ideal frequency of personal training sessions varies from person to person.
Just getting started with exercise and healthy eating? Need regular motivation and support to get to the gym? Have an injury that you're working through? You'll probably need to see a trainer once or twice each week.
Depending on their goals, some of my weekly clients reduce their frequency of personal training sessions to bi-weekly or even monthly once they've demonstrated the ability to consistently do their own workouts and progress their exercises as recommended. I have 'regulars' who train x1/wk, some x2/wk, and even one who trains with me x5/wk
Although I miss seeing their smiling faces, I'm always pleased when clients reduce their need to see me because they've become self-directed exercisers!
