Jill has far exceeded my expectations of how a personal trainer could help me in achieving and maintaining these goals. 


Jill is very good at assessing a client’s limits and making sure those limits are met in every session. If I think I’m done but Jill suggests a few more reps, I do the reps and she is always right. Jill has a seemingly infinite portfolio of exercises with many different pieces of equipment – (including boxing routines which are exhausting but very rewarding) -  and she is always encouraging. 


Short story. I started with personal training to get in shape for hip replacement surgery. I had the surgery in January 2019 and I was skiing in BC 6 weeks later. I owe a lot of that to the focus Jill brought to our sessions to build up leg/core.

Meet Nadia...

 "Jill has been training my paraplegic sister for several years. She has successfully worked on strengthening both her upper, as well as her lower body. We have seen a very positive change in my sister’s strength and mobility. The exercises that she has been working on with Jill, have had a very positive effect on her, both physically and mentally and give her the confidence that she needed.


 Unfortunately, my sister contracted an illness a couple of years ago and had to be hospitalized for quite a few weeks. Once discharged, we called Jill again for home exercises and Jill did a great job training her at home in order to regain her strength and be able to be as mobile as before. The home rehab exercises with her were very helpful and enabled Nadia to be more mobile, allowing her to go back out of her residence and return to her fitness facility, for a wider variety of exercises using their gym equipment with Jill.

 "Jill has been my Personal Trainer for strength and mobility training as well as rehabilitation after a car accident, for the past six and a half years. 


We first worked together, one-on-one in person at a fitness facility and then transitioned to Zoom for online, one-on-one training during the pandemic, and are still continuing now, five days per week. 


She is very motivating and knowledgeable and makes our training sessions fun. 


Her repertoire of exercises is huge so our sessions are never boring. She is also very flexible with her time and always finds a spot for me in her day that suits me."

"Jill's Warrior Strong, Stable & Fit classes are a great way for me to start my day!  I am a mid-60s woman with severe osteoarthritis of the knee. Having the option of doing as much of the class as I can standing, and then sit occasionally, works really well for me - plus at home I am standing on a carpet rather than a hard gym floor.  I have built strength and improved my overall fitness with these classes.  Jill is a motivating, caring instructor, who communicates technique well, verbally, and by example.  Classes are varied with lively music selections.  I highly recommend."
