If you want one-to-one guidance, tailored programming, or help managing a specific condition, Personal Training is your path.
This is where I provide fully customized support — including all my specialized training and experience with older adult strength, brain health, menopause, bone density, neurological conditions, adaptive rehab, and post-injury recovery.
Rather than offering separate programs, everything is integrated into your personalized plan so you get exactly what your body needs to improve strength, stability, movement, energy, and confidence.

Online sessions offer the same adaptive, functional, and strength-building approach as in person—without the travel. Work with me in a quiet, well- equipped private studio created for strength, stability, and mobility training. Ideal for clients who want hands-on coaching, focused technique work, and a distraction-free space tailored to your goals. Every session is adapted to your ability level so you can build confidence, strength, and long-term capacity. Clients must be able to handle stairs to access the studio.

If travel is difficult or you feel most comfortable in your own space, I bring personalized training directly to you. This service is designed for older adults, clients with mobility limitations, or anyone who benefits from one-to-one support in a familiar environment. I bring the equipment—you bring your goals. "Jill's 'Warrior Strong, Stable & Fit' classes are a great way for me to start my day! I am a mid-60s woman with severe osteoarthritis of the knee. Having the option of doing as much of the class as I can standing, and then sit occasionally, works really well for me - plus at home I am standing on a carpet rather than a hard gym floor. I have built strength and improved my overall fitness with these classes.
